Narrative
In 1898 Amyas leaves for Canada, but he has no success or interest there. He then goes to South Africa with his brother Stanley in June 1900. By 1902, after his brother Kenneth dies, he was left alone in South Africa to try and save the trading business... Later, he left for Manilla with Stanley and died there of anthrax in 1905.
