Narrative
Oswald and Grace lived at 59 New North rd Hackney, later 13 East Bank Hackney. These two well known Hyatt properties had served several generations of Hyatt's in the past. Grace had two sons who were both killed in WW1, leading her to write a book on the evil of war, entitled "Good blood wasted" .She lost her husband as well as both sons in service. Grace and her sisters, Winifred and Mary, were somewhat eccentric and retired to West Wales in later life (c.1935 - 50), where Winifred ran a Cafe in the village of Dolybont outside Borth which burnt down spectacularly around1943.
Grace and Mary returned to live in Bushey, Watford 1940's, with their brother John Hyatt.
